I’m Kata Molnár, a software tester who believes that quality starts with empathy. My background in UX and service design helps me look beyond bugs – to understand how people experience digital products.
I currently focus on manual software testing, where I ensure that digital products meet both user expectations and functional requirements. My background gives me a unique perspective when identifying usability issues, accessibility gaps, and areas for improvement in user journeys. With experience in usability testing, UX research, and wireframing, I bring a user-centered mindset into the testing process, helping teams deliver intuitive and reliable digital experiences. I also have a strong interest in optimizing customer touchpoints and improving accessibility – both in services and educational content. This cross-disciplinary approach allows me to bridge the gap between design and testing to support better, more inclusive digital products.
